Terms of use

The rules for using CoRisk. Using the site means you accept them.

Not yet reviewed by counsel

This page is drafted from the topics a policy of this kind has to cover, and every company fact in it is verified. The binding wording still has to come from a lawyer before CoRisk goes live.

What this site is

CoRisk is operated by CoRisk LLC. It lets you request insurance quotes from the carriers on our panel.

Nothing here is insurance advice, and nothing here is a policy. A quote is an offer from a carrier on that carrier’s terms; cover starts only when a policy is bound and issued.

Using it properly

Submit genuine enquiries. Do not submit speculative, duplicate or test quote requests — every one of them goes to real underwriters.

Give accurate answers. Insurance pricing rests on what you tell us, and a wrong answer can void a claim later. That is not a formality.

Automated access

Do not scrape this site, and do not use bots, crawlers, headless browsers or AI agents against it. Do not submit quote requests in bulk. Do not work around rate limits or other technical measures.

Do not use anything on this site — including quotes, prices, forms and application pages — as training, fine-tuning, retrieval or evaluation data for a machine-learning system.

We rate-limit, block and terminate access where we see this, and pursue it where the law allows.

What belongs to whom

The site, its design, text and code belong to CoRisk LLC. Carrier names and logos belong to those carriers and appear to show who is on our panel — nothing more.

You keep whatever you submit. You give us permission to use it to get you quoted and to place cover.

Liability, disputes and governing law

This section is deliberately unfinished. Limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, governing law, venue and whether disputes go to arbitration or to court are business decisions with real financial consequence, and they must be settled by counsel rather than drafted here.
