Who we are

CoRisk is operated by CoRisk LLC. The insurance itself is placed by Cennairus, LLC, a wholesale insurance broker at 7357 International Place, Unit 101, Sarasota, FL 34240 — that is the licensed party, and it is the one regulators hold responsible. Neither company is an insurer.

This policy covers what happens to information submitted through this website. Questions go to hello@corisk.ai.

What we collect

What you type into a quote request: business name and address, what the business does, number of employees, payroll or revenue, claims history, and how to reach you. If you are an agent, your agency name and your own contact details.

What your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached us. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages help people.

What we do with it

We send it to the carriers on our panel so they can quote. That is the entire point of submitting it, and it is the main way your information leaves us.

We use it to talk to you about the quote, to place and service the policy, and to meet our obligations as a licensed broker — including record-keeping requirements that outlast the quote itself.

We do not sell your information.

Automated decisions and quoting

Some carriers price automatically from the answers you give. Where that happens, the carrier owns that decision and its own rules govern it — we pass on the answers and return the result.

You can ask a person to look at any quote or decline. Email us and we will.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small, named set of cookies. Essential ones keep you signed in and keep a quote-in-progress attached to you; we also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which pages actually help people get a quote.

The first time you visit, a banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essentials only," enforced through Google's Consent Mode — choosing "Essentials only" turns analytics storage off for your visit. Clearing your browser's site data resets that choice and the banner asks again.

If you accept cookies, a first-party visitor id lets Cennairus (the platform this site runs on) recognize that the same visitor who clicked an ad or a link later requested a quote, so we know which marketing is actually working. It does not identify you by name until you submit a quote request yourself.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Some records we are required to keep as a licensed broker, and we will tell you when that applies rather than quietly refusing.

Several states give additional rights. Which ones apply depends on where you live and on how insurance and financial-privacy law interacts with state privacy law — a question this page will answer specifically once counsel has reviewed it.

Keeping it safe

Information travels encrypted and is held on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfect, and anyone claiming otherwise is overselling.
